I recently had the pleasure of working with Carolina Restoration, and I have to say, my experience was fantastic. Sam Curtis and Bryce Vaughn were absolutely amazing to work with. From the start, their communication was clear, prompt, and professional, which made the whole process much smoother than I expected. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood the steps involved.One thing I really appreciated was how dedicated Sam and Bryce were to the job. They took great care in their work and were always available to answer any questions I had. Their attention to detail and commitment to getting things done right really stood out.The only small issue I encountered was with the timing of when some of the other team members would arrive (i.e. painters, movers). While Sam and Bryce were very punctual, it was sometimes a bit hard to predict when others would show up. However, I understand that this wasn't their fault and could have been due to factors outside their control.Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the work done by Carolina Restoration, especially Sam and Bryce. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services. They truly made the experience as easy and stress-free as possible!

Chris Adams and Junior were a delight to work with. Junior was ready and excited to start - he explained to me he just received his certification a few days prior, and I could tell how accomplished he felt. It’s always a pleasure to see someone who takes great pride in their work.There was significant mold behind the dishwasher and the adjacent cabinets, so they had to pull out all the cabinetry and the sink so they could remove the walls that were affected. Because the trouble was in the kitchen, we had to leave the house until it was usable again. After the remediation, I needed to hire a contractor to restore the kitchen, but I wasn’t sure how much time the remediation would take. I was anticipating 5-6 days. Chris and Junior started on a Monday, and by early Thursday were able to confirm the mold was remediated. This allowed me enough time to get on the books the following Monday with the contractors who were restoring the kitchen.I can’t thank Chris and Junior enough for their timely completion of the remediation - especially since we weren’t exactly sure how long we would be at the AirBnB and could not move home until we had our kitchen back. It was a stressful time, but they took a lot of that stress off me with their professional, efficient quality work.This is the second time in about 6 months I’ve reached out to Carolina Restoration for mold remediation (my downstairs toilet backed up in October- filthy water everywhere), and both times working with Carolina Restoration were really great experiences.Love that this company also worked seamlessly with the insurance company, so I didn’t have to worry about everyone being paid, so that was greatly appreciated as well.Thank you for a job well done! I had a water leak which damagedthe floors throughout my home. This company was referred through the insurance company process. They were nothing less than amazing. The project managers kept me informed at every stage. Anyone who came into my home doing the repairswere kind and hardworking.

We had water damage from a roof leak. The insurance company contacted a different company that showed up 8 weeks after the damage occurred. I fired them and called Carolina Restoration. They came the next day and had set dates to do the work. Derrick was understanding and clear about the entire process. The work done was fantastic, I can say enough about how good this company is.

My process has just started, but Keith, Randy and Dante have inspired my confidence in this company. They have been totally professional and polite. Randy and Dante worked hard and did everything they could do to help me. Keith must be a wonderful supervisor.

However, if you are calling Carolina Restoration you can expect top-notch customer service, professionalism and excellent workmanship. We had the pleasure of working with Michael Nelson, Patrick Hotte and Donna DeLong and they each took the time to listen to our needs and wants in the midst of an inconvenient situation. Donna kept us informed on the timelines, checked on the progress and made sure that we were happy with the outcome. We shared a few laughs along the way too! We are well pleased with the completed work. While I am hoping we don’t have to utilize their services in the future, I am thankful to have them close by just in case.
