My project manager, Sam Curtis, was A++. He was communicative (which is extremely important to me) and very professional. He’s an asset to the company, 100%. They repaired water damage to our floors, laid new LVP and sanded and stained our hardwoods. Also repaired and painted drywall. You cannot tell there was once a giant hole in the wall. Excellent work, done in a timely manner. Highly recommend Carolina Restoration, just make sure you ask for Sam to be your PM!!

Bryan Sherman did a great job as project leader for my job. He was always available and very responsive. He offered me interesting available solutions which made the end result just perfect. I appreciated his help very much.

When we returned from a 2-week vacation last summer, our attic water heater had broken, and a water pipe had burst in an upstairs bedroom wall. There was extensive water damage to the bedroom ceiling, wall, floor, carpeting and hallway. The water had also soaked through the floor to the kitchen ceiling, light fixture, a row of cabinets & microwave, and part of the hardwood floor. Kevin, our project manager, was excellent -- he guided us through the restoration process, listened to our concerns, was easy to communicate with, and kept us informed of scheduled work. Everyone he sent over -- plumbers, electricians, carpenters, drywall people, painters, general handymen, furniture packers/movers, carpet installers, hardwood floor restorers, etc.-- was courteous and knowledgeable, as was the office staff. Israel and Charlie were particularly helpful, and all of the workers performed quality work. We send our thanks to all! The restored/renovated kitchen and the bedroom look great! We highly recommend Carolina Restoration!

When I returned home from vacation, I realized that my hot water heater broke. I called Carolina Restoration and they were here the same day. Keith scheduled many appointments: his team brought in fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the floors and part of my crawl space, called in an asbestos team and found that I had that in the bathroom, estimators for the damage, plumber. What a process!Once all that was done, Jim Starnes came on board and scheduled everything else. From replacing the rugs in the living room and bedrooms, flooring and vanity in the bathroom to movers, plumber, and painters. He worked around my schedule and made everything go smoothy. What a magician!I have never had anything like this happen to me. I want to thank Carolina Restoration and their staff for making my house beautiful again. They were there from start to finish guiding me through the whole mess.Alexis
