In May, we experienced significant water damage from an upstairs water line that sprung a leak, saturating our living room ceiling, rug, some furniture and floor below. We had an unfortunate water loss claim where water from an upstairs bathroom overflowed all night, resulting in water flooding the bathroom and flowing through the ceiling and light fixtures downstairs. Carolina Restoration was excellent to work with, first from a mitigation standpoint. They were thorough and worked closely with our insurance adjuster. We decided to hire them for the repair work as well and are extremely happy we did. Kevin Lynch was the project manager assigned and we couldn't ask for a better partner through this tough time. He was always available to us and kept us in the loop for everything. All of the contractors were top-notch, and we love the finished work. This was a horrible situation to have to go through, but working with Carolina Restoration gave us comfort throughout, and the finished work (new hardwood floors upstairs and downstairs, completely remodeled master bathroom, all the drywall repairs, etc.) made this a blessing in disguise.
