I had a kitchen fire and hired Carolina Restoration Services. Chris Flantos was the person from Carolina Restoration Services that we worked with. On Chris's first visit he assessed the damage and then explained exactly what was going to take place. He always kept us up to date on who was going to be here and what they would be doing. Every subcontractors that Chris worked closely with did an amazing job. I am so happy I chose Carolina Restoration Services for the job because they did a excellent job. Fantastic - super easy!

In May, we experienced significant water damage from an upstairs water line that sprung a leak, saturating our living room ceiling, rug, some furniture and floor below. Patrick H. was our Construction Estimator/Account Manager and Derek T. was our Construction Project Manager.Patrick made us feel comfortable during the initial damage assesment meeting. His industry experience, explanation of the process and communication to our insurance company gave us confidence in selecting CRS.Derek was personable, responsive and routinely checked in on how the repairs were progressing and that contractors were meeting expectations. He listened to all of our concerns, was accessible throughout the project, which gave us peace of mind that he cared enough to make sure the repairs would be completed correctly.Based on this experience, I gladly recommend Carolina Restoration Services.

We had an unfortunate water loss claim where water from an upstairs bathroom overflowed all night, resulting in water flooding the bathroom and flowing through the ceiling and light fixtures downstairs. Carolina Restoration was excellent to work with, first from a mitigation standpoint. They were thorough and worked closely with our insurance adjuster. We decided to hire them for the repair work as well and are extremely happy we did. Kevin Lynch was the project manager assigned and we couldn't ask for a better partner through this tough time. He was always available to us and kept us in the loop for everything. All of the contractors were top-notch, and we love the finished work. This was a horrible situation to have to go through, but working with Carolina Restoration gave us comfort throughout, and the finished work (new hardwood floors upstairs and downstairs, completely remodeled master bathroom, all the drywall repairs, etc.) made this a blessing in disguise.

After our dishwasher flooded our kitchen, we reached out to friends for a recommendation. They had used Carolina Restoration Services for a major disaster repair. We subsequently used them for mitigation and then floor and counter replacement and painting. Jim Starnes was our responsive and communicative project manager.
