This Company Did An Fantastic Job With My Old Bathroom. My Condo Is 42 Years Old And This Company Came In And Restored It Like New Bathroom. This Company Had Three Different Groups Come To Do Remodeling That Were With Same Company. I Had My Walls Painted, New Baseboards, Ceiling, Vanity, Lights, Mirror ,Toilet And New Floor. This Company Had A Man Named Derek Come To Tell Us What They Can Do For Us And Go Step By Step And They Were Hands On With Their Work Not Fast But Very Smart. There Payment Was Very Reasonable For My Bathroom. Thank You So Much To Them For All The Hard Work To Give Me An Beautiful New Bathroom 😀. BW

Carolina Restoration Services was initially a third party contractor hired by my Insurance Carrier to do another estimate. My original contractors estimates differed from the insurance adjusters estimates. After talking with Patrick Hotte, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and extensive knowledge of restoration after a fire. He explained the entire process in layman's terms so that I fully understood what he was going to do and what needed to be done. I was so impressed that I hired him to complete the build back project. I am very glad I did because the insurance company became very "difficult" during the process. Fortunately with Patricks advise we succeeded in getting what we needed to start the construction process. Chris Flantos was the project manager that I had the pleasure of working with. From there we worked very closely together through many stressful obstacles, had many meetings and many phone calls. Chris kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. He made sure all the complicated moving parts came together to get my house completed in a timely manner. Carolina Restoration office staff were also amazing and professional, staying on top of everything behind the scenes. Even when repairs were needed after the house was completed, Chris made sure that I, the customer, was completely satisfied with Carolina Restoration Services work. I can't highly recommend them enough for the incredible work that they do in fire restoration.
