I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Carolina Restoration Services (CRS). After suffering major fire and water damage from a lightning strike, our house was in need of extensive repair. We chose CRS to provide emergency service that stormy night to patch the roof, and continued to have them complete all demo, mitigation, and repairs. Projects were significant- including new roof, flooring, tile, plumbing, electric, HVAC, drywall/paint. They kept their timeline and communicated the process effectively and thoroughly. I cannot thank the crews enough for their dedication to do the job right. A massive THANK YOU to Chris Flantos, Jose Valero, Lee Lemon, David Lassiter, Anthony Lynn and the rest of the CRS crew...Thank you for helping turn this awful situation into the start of the next chapter. Chris, Bryce, Derrick and the entire team were FANTASTIC! They acted quickly on mitigation of the water leak and guided us every step of the way. Derrick came to our house everyday to check on progress and ensure we were taken care of and made the process as easy as possible! They took so much stress off of us and we are so thankful for that!

We had some water damage from a water heater leak. Carolina Restoration Services came and dried the leak out and then repaired the ceiling and wall damage. Daniel was professional and prompt in coordinating the job and Charles, Raul and Justin did an excellent job repairing the issue. I would recommend Carolina Restoration Services if you ever have water damage.
