Update: We had them do the remodel of our bathroom after the damage and were yet again extremely happy with the service provided by our project manager, Robert. He was wonderful and had a schedule formulated so everything was done quickly, beautifully and within our budget! Best room in our home now!This company is consistently top notch. I used them 13 years ago with the same great service and quality work. We’ve got a complicated situation this time around and have worked with Hugo for remediation and Scott for repairs and could not be more impressed with their professionalism, quality workmanship and dependability. We had some water damage and needed remediation for drying, deconstruction, and then reconstruction on drywall and baseboard. I was extremely impressed with the responsiveness of their 247 phone line. They dispatched remediation team next day and they did a fantastic job. Same with deconstruction. I decided to use them for reconstruction because quote was very fair and appropriate based on scope of work. Derrick was my project manager and once we met and agreed on work he had his crew out the next day and completed with in two days.Very pleased with Carolina Restoration Services and grateful to have them as a resource I can trust. They truly have a complete offering and I will be using them in the future if we require remediation services.

They were extremely helpful to diagnose my issue quickly and efficiently. I was super impressed that they kept trying to find the most cost effective solution to remedy my shower leak. I will definitely call them again next time I have any issues with my home.
