We had some water damage from a slow leak in our wall and we called Carolina Restoration and they were at our house the next business day to asses the damage. I am very impressed at how quickly and professionally the whole process went. The team that came in to rebuild our cabinets, lay new floors and touching up of things were exceptional and very pleasant to work with. The project manager, Derek, was always available to discuss anything we needed and guided us through every step of the process. This could have been a very stressful event, but this company made our experience basically stress free. My kitchen looks amazing and they actually finished 2 days early!! Excellent service from Carolina Restorations and to Derrick Taylor. We had a water leak in our rental home and Derrick and his team handled it all without us having to worry about a thing. I asked for a special request on the flooring and that was no problem.This is not the first time Carolina Restorations have helped us in restoring our homes. Sam Curtis has been so super great to work with on my Home Restoration project. He couldn’t have been better. He has listened to my ideas and concerns and followed through right away. He has shared current decorating information with me when asked. I was totally able to trust him in this entire project. I cant say enough about Carolina Restoration and how much they helped our family find its way through chaos. We had a driver crash into the front of our house, requiring us to vacate immediately. Jeff and Kevin were with us from day 1, making sure we knew what to expect and walking us through the entire process. Jeff didnt just tell us what was happening during the initial phase of the insurance claim, he had the patience to explain it to us and helped us deeply understand it. (Trust me we ask a LOT of questions so their patience is exceptional).When you are displaced from your home, its a 24/7 reality. Of course it was a top priority to us, but Carolina Restoration made it feel like it was also their top priority. Kevin laid the plans out and prepared us for surprised (there are ALWAYS surprised). It went exactly as he told us it would, with all of its deep complexities and frustrations... but we were prepared.I cant express just how important that feeling of deep trust is when it comes to rebuilding a home. It had deeper emotion hooks into our family that we all expected, and to have that kind of trust was a true gift.8 months later we are home and we can honestly say that one of the silver linings of the process was meeting and getting to work with Kevin and their contractors through the process. I feel like I am a more knowledgeable and responsible home owner because of them.

Carolina Restoration Services was a lifesaver! They were at my house within hours of my call and cleaned up all of the water damage. Ray Ormsbee and his team did an amazing job with all of the repairs in just two weeks. I feel like I'm in a new house, and I couldn't be happier! A+

Update: We had them do the remodel of our bathroom after the damage and were yet again extremely happy with the service provided by our project manager, Robert. He was wonderful and had a schedule formulated so everything was done quickly, beautifully and within our budget! Best room in our home now!This company is consistently top notch. I used them 13 years ago with the same great service and quality work. We’ve got a complicated situation this time around and have worked with Hugo for remediation and Scott for repairs and could not be more impressed with their professionalism, quality workmanship and dependability.
