My choice was on backorder and they patiently waited one month for the material. The construction proceeded flawlessly, with very well defined sequence of tasks - hardwood, painting, plumbing, and cleaning.Kevin is a great project manager, always there to supervise workers and answering all my queries on the tasks at hand. Our whole family agrees that Chris Flantos work as Project Manager on the rebuilding of our house was absolutely stellar. To see the results the workers did with his guidance, to see the almost miracle that arose from that awful wreckage of the tree falling on it was amazing. None of us can say enough about his thoroughness to details, his determination that everything be done exactly right, his constant checking up and staying in close contact. It was almost as if he was attending to his own house's rebuilding. You couldn't have assigned a better person to oversee this project. He was patient with our questions and anxieties and his personality is well suited to being liaison between the workers on the job and us as homeowners.
