What’s special about this company is their patience in working around my schedule. A great deal of the project is hardwood replacement, so they had me connected with a supplier to pick the make and color of hardwood. My choice was on backorder and they patiently waited one month for the material. The construction proceeded flawlessly, with very well defined sequence of tasks - hardwood, painting, plumbing, and cleaning.Kevin is a great project manager, always there to supervise workers and answering all my queries on the tasks at hand. He also made sure that I was satisfied at the job by fixing a few small things here and there.Bottomline, I will always choose this company for any future job. They’re great to work with.

Our whole family agrees that Chris Flantos work as Project Manager on the rebuilding of our house was absolutely stellar. To see the results the workers did with his guidance, to see the almost miracle that arose from that awful wreckage of the tree falling on it was amazing. None of us can say enough about his thoroughness to details, his determination that everything be done exactly right, his constant checking up and staying in close contact. It was almost as if he was attending to his own house's rebuilding. You couldn't have assigned a better person to oversee this project. He was patient with our questions and anxieties and his personality is well suited to being liaison between the workers on the job and us as homeowners. I don't often fill out these responses but in this case I was happy to.

Sam, with whom I communicated throughout the process, was highly professional and personable. He always responded quickly to my texts and answered any questions I had. I can't say enough good things about Carolina Restoration, PM Chris Flantos specifically, and their hard work to get my elderly parents back in their house after it was destroyed by a fire. He stayed in communication with us (myself, my brother, and my parents) during the entire process. He kept things on track and was very patient during the many delays with the insurance claim. We appreciate everyone at Carolina Restorations' knowledge and expertise in helping us navigate and resolve a stressful situation.

Bryan Sherman, the project manager assigned to me, made the process of repairing and renovating my house following a broken hot water line as calm and easy as that could possibly be. He has stayed in communication about the status of the work and next steps. Bryan is capable, professional, and an excellent leader. I haven't had a moment's worry.
