My experience with Carolina Restoration Services was positive from beginning to end. All the people who helped resolve the mold problem were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I was kept informed each step of the way about what was going to be done. The employees were respectful of my property and left things cleaned up at the end of the day.Given the time of year, I really appreciate having my problem taken care of so quickly.Kudos to everybody but especially Micah and Sam.

My son flooded our bathroom, and the water damage spread to both of our bathrooms and our laundry room. Carolina Restoration came in right away and explained our options fully and clearly. Sam, our project manager, oversaw everything every step of the way, and we couldn't be happier with the results! I'd highly recommend Sam and Carolina Restoration!

He was very concerned about any questions we had & helped us in so many ways . He was very personable & treated us with kindness. Just five days after moving into our new home, our main sewer line backed up and ruined our finished basement. After a different company completed the mitigation and plumbing repairs, we contacted Carolina Restoration to take on the project of fixing our basement. While the experience with Carolina Restoration began with an unexpected departure of the initial project manager, that turned out for the best as Chris Flantos quickly jumped in to lead the project and get us back on track. He and his team went above and beyond to work with us and within our budget to provide high quality craftsmanship. Thanks to Carolina Restoration, our basement looks better than it did before the accident! The project was completed in time for us to host Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings with family, which is a tremendous gift all its own. I love, love, love Chris! Very polite and helpful. Such a great help. I lost my husband 1 month before my house fire. CRS came in, they were wonderful. When I was all in my feelings and needed to make a decision, I could call Chris.He would send prices and choices. It made things easier. I am not the easiest person to work with, being in construction myself. Very trustworthy man. Thank You Chris and Thank you to your team. I think Chris should add photos of my house. He took some good ones.

Everyone at CRS was very friendly and helpful, and answered all of our questions. Sam Curtis, our main contact, made us feel comfortable throughout the process and was very responsive to our needs.
