Carolina Restoration Services was initially a third party contractor hired by my Insurance Carrier to do another estimate. My original contractors estimates differed from the insurance adjusters estimates. After talking with Patrick Hotte, I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and extensive knowledge of restoration after a fire. He explained the entire process in layman's terms so that I fully understood what he was going to do and what needed to be done. I was so impressed that I hired him to complete the build back project. I am very glad I did because the insurance company became very "difficult" during the process. Fortunately with Patricks advise we succeeded in getting what we needed to start the construction process. Chris Flantos was the project manager that I had the pleasure of working with. From there we worked very closely together through many stressful obstacles, had many meetings and many phone calls. Chris kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. He made sure all the complicated moving parts came together to get my house completed in a timely manner. Carolina Restoration office staff were also amazing and professional, staying on top of everything behind the scenes. Even when repairs were needed after the house was completed, Chris made sure that I, the customer, was completely satisfied with Carolina Restoration Services work. I can't highly recommend them enough for the incredible work that they do in fire restoration.

Carolina Restoration was an extremely easy company to work with when we had to have our floors replaced due to a leak. They handled every aspect of the project and kept us up to date. All of the workers they used were professional & experienced. Our project manager Robert was fantastic. He was available and communicated thoroughly.

What began as a small issue became a full first-floor restoration — new flooring throughout, drywall replacement, painting, and new trim. Stop googling and hire this company!! I can’t recommend CRS enough. Specifically, we worked with Kevin Lynch and he was a fantastic Project Manager. He made certain that every repair was completed professionally. We are new homeowners and have never experienced water/flood damage. We hired a different company first but they were highly unprofessional but thankfully, they led us to CRS. Unfortunately, you can’t trust very “restoration company” out there but you can trust Carolina Restoration Services. It is now almost a year since our home was damaged and everything is solid, beautiful, and better than before. Thank you so much to Kevin Lynch and the team at CRS!

I am very pleased with how my house turned out. My project manager Robert Harris was very attentive to my needs. I would suggest that you ask for him. He made sure to put me with a great person to help design my bathroom. Also made sure that the work was completed before my surgery. And also the greatest thing is he was always available to answer my calls or text messages.
