These folks were amazing. We had a kitchen flood and they took care of us from start to finish. Great communication throughout the process and they made it clear how much they value the customer experience. I had two project managers—Ray and Chris— and they both crushed it. Additionally, there was a slight problem with our cabinets post-completion. When informed, they sent someone over to fix them within 24 hours. I will enthusiastically recommend them for any future projects.

We had a major leak from a dishwasher and Derick and crew came in and saved the day!!! They communicated very well and did what they said they would. The cleaning and painting crew were awesome as well. Thank you so much!!

Carolina Restoration Services is a wonderful thoughtful, helpful company. We had an overflowing sink on the kitchen. Chris from water mitigation came out right away to survey the damage, take pictures and got the process of drying up the water quickly. Shane wrote estimate and worked closely with my insurance company. Approval for the repairs was easy. Sam Curtis as my project manager. Sam was polite, kind, and always available to answer questions. He was concerned with the details , checked in frequently to make sure progress was being made on the renovations, and made sure I was happy with the results. I will definitely recommend Sam and Carolina Restoration Services to my friends and family.
