Our whole family agrees that Chris Flantos work as Project Manager on the rebuilding of our house was absolutely stellar. To see the results the workers did with his guidance, to see the almost miracle that arose from that awful wreckage of the tree falling on it was amazing. None of us can say enough about his thoroughness to details, his determination that everything be done exactly right, his constant checking up and staying in close contact. It was almost as if he was attending to his own house's rebuilding. You couldn't have assigned a better person to oversee this project. He was patient with our questions and anxieties and his personality is well suited to being liaison between the workers on the job and us as homeowners. I don't often fill out these responses but in this case I was happy to.

Carolina Restoration Services did an excellent job replacing my roof after it was damaged by a fallen tree branch. Dave and his team were very thorough and hard-working. Sam, with whom I communicated throughout the process, was highly professional and personable. He always responded quickly to my texts and answered any questions I had. We recently used Carolina Restoration Services to remediate, repair, and restore the fallout from a leak in a second floor bathroom. They were great. In particular, our project manager, Brian, was exceptional. He navigated the project with apparent ease, smoothing over bumps in the road, magically persuading busy plumbers to stay longer than they cared to, keeping us on schedule, and rendering excellent advice at every turn. I kind of wish we could have Brian at the helm of every renovation ever…. But I also hope we never need Carolina Restoration again, because… leaks are no fun.
